TJ's take on Green Goddess is so delicious! It's Herby without being astringent. The avocado really gives it a nice smooth taste and adds substance to an otherwise incredibly light dressing. It goes really well with peppery vegetables such as arugula and radish. It also makes a beautiful pasta salad. And of course, vegan feta pairs perfectly with it and really rounds out the flavor profile. I will definitely be buying more of this.
