I love supporting local businesses in Singapore and one of my favorites is Avorush at Asia Square. The brilliant owner Ching has been a big advocate of vegan food since we started working together and she’s gone neck deep in creating some of the best vegan options in the country. I adore her panko crusted fried tofu and the sesame edamame is to die for!
