wow wow i’m so shocked at how great jackfruit was in tinga! it was very easy to prepare and shred. it looks just like the shredded chicken in traditional tinga.
it doesn’t have an odd taste and it comes salted. it’s juicy and even the seeds are good. it felt just like real tinga. if you miss tinga you NEED to try making it with jackfruit.
