Review of Hazelnut Brownie at Pano Kato Grill, Pizza & Deli by windgal

Pleasantly surprised by the brownie! – crisp exterior with moist and soft inside… unanimous thumbs up from my friends as well. Quite pricy at SGD12 before taxes. Optional to top up additional $ for a scoop of ice cream.

Service standard was lacklustre – not much of a crowd yet our drinks took long to deliver while my salad did not arrive at all. Had to cancel the salad during the payment and even then the staff were more preoccupied about (?) troubleshooting amongst themselves why the item did not arrive (and further keeping me waiting in the process) rather than expressing their apologies.
