I was super excited to see this on the shelf at TJ's! I love chimichurri and could put it on almost anything. For dinner, I put it on roasted carrots, mushrooms, and rice. This is a more cilantro-based sauce while traditional chimichurri is primarily parsley. I do love cilantro, but I wish they used a more traditional recipe.
