Calling all former lovers of Good Humors Strawberry Shortcake bars!! You know, the ones that are red inside and have the cake crumbs on the outside.
Well, Goodpop’s Strawberry Shortcake popsicles are the closest vegan version I’ve found to those, and they’re super yummy! 🍓 😋They are sweetened with fair trade sugar (only 9g per pop), and they actually have real strawberry puree in them. The picture on the box doesn’t do them justice, as they actually have little cake crumbs all over on the inside of them— you just have to lick/eat them to get to them.
Goodpop is a certified B Corp company, and their popsicles never include HFCS, GMOs, Refined Sugar or Sugar Alcohol Sweeteners. According to the packaging, this company is a business as a force for good, supporting Racial Equality, Ending Hunger in America, Helping Animals Find Homes, and a Healthy Environment. If you enjoy a good creamy popsicle, I definitely recommend trying these!
