Thai peanut bowl at Wedge Community Co-op — gretchens's Review (Jul 18, 2022)

The Wedge has so many amazing vegan options but this is not one of them in my opinion. The bowl comes with brown rice, veggies, spinach, peanuts, and a lime peanut sauce. I thought it was kind of bland and boring honestly. I think the addition of some baked or fried tofu, more sauce, and crushed instead of whole peanuts would make a huge difference. But I'm still grateful The Wedge has multiple vegan options on their Made to Order menu!
