Tofu and mushroom fillings wrapped in delicate gluten-free rice paper, which was quite interesting and suited my preference since I dislike thick and doughy dumpling skin. Topped with sesame seeds and pickled ginger naturally coloured pink using dragonfruit. Most of the flavour came from the ginger as compared to the dumpling fillings, though perhaps it's because I had an allium-free version of the dish. ($18 / 8 pieces).
