Review of Veganized Veggie Burrito at Truck by vikas

One of the best burritos I’ve had in ages! This was loaded with at least 10 different veggies, everything from eggplant to cabbage, corn, cactus, tomatoes, and what was described to me as exotic Mexican beans 🥳

Normally comes with cheese like everything on the menu here but the staff was super nice about making everything vegan and the food was great!
