This is my first time trying this dish and
I didn't know they serve it with bread cuz
I ain't no bread fan. But it's like a sauce of smoked eggplants with garlic and it had some pomegranate and almonds and
a flower on top 🌸💮.
Anyways it was soo good.
The original meal apparently originated in Turkey. It really good and delish.
Btw this bistro (resto-bar) was originally a charcuterie(a place that sells cold cooked meat) so a horrible place for animals. But now it's a vegan restaurant. How cool is that!
People can have a change of heart 💞
