This is my first time trying this dish and I didn't know they serve it with bread cuz I ain't no bread fan. But it's like a sauce of smoked eggplants with garlic and it had some pomegranate and almonds and a flower on top 🌸💮. Anyways it was soo good. The original meal apparently originated in Turkey. It really good and delish. Btw this bistro (resto-bar) was originally a charcuterie(a place that sells cold cooked meat) so a horrible place for animals. But now it's a vegan restaurant. Imagine being vegan, in Paris, and wanting a cheese board. I was so happy when I found it! The blue cheese was absolutely my fav, but the other 3 were very good too. There are salad, nuts, berries and fresh bread to give you a real cheese tasting experience. Loved it!

When I read the menu I thought it was a bit expensive. But when my plate came, I realized why it's a bit pricy, I mean just look at the pictures! I am sad this place has so little reviews, it deserves so much more. It's 100% plant based. The cauliflower was delicious, served on a bed of quinoa with a tangy sauce on the side. Good to eat and good go look at. Next time I am in Paris I'll visit again!
