Claypot rice at Genesis Vegan Restaurant — Kate's Review (Jul 12, 2022)

as good as or even better than i remember it. this dish came piping hot and the rice below crisped up nicely. my favourite part was the mushroom-based mock meat! also Genesis's sambal is so underrated 😋
