the thing is... I don't like coconut 🤷🏻‍♀️
the texture isn't bad, doesn't have the granular feeling on your tongue that almond ice-cream has. the mango and pineapple is a chemical syrup sparingly spread on the ice cream so don't even think of real fruit chunks! I added peach and mint and that made it more interesting
