Review of Matcha Cake at Hvala Craig Road by plantbasedlifestyle

This was surprisingly executed well as vegan cakes tend to be more dry but this wasnt dry at all. In fact, it was decently moist (wonder how they do it) and taste was not at all compromised despite absence of eggs and dairy. It was not very sweet and the matcha content is legit. Definitely a win for matcha lovers. I enjoyed this better than their houjicha cake. Would definitely be back to try other cakes :D
