You might be wondering why I’m putting on these cucumbers. The fact that they were English cucumbers without a plastic wrapping caught my eye. On closer inspection they are somehow made with a plant based protection layer that gets rid of the need for plastics on these cucumbers that are normally easily bruised. Wanted to try them. They taste like regular cucumbers though the skin seems just a tad thicker. Since they were cheap, I would buy again! They were at Loblaws
