Great mince savoury umami taste! And texture good. :() Cooked it with some garlic, onion, tomato, soy sauce, pepper, salt, the 'mince'. Very tasty! :) Would definitely recommend, however can be pricey if you always have it, so maybe a treat, but heard lentils/tvp (textured vegetable protein is a good substitute too!}
