Made a Bolognese with this plant based mince, turned out fantastic! The mince does tend
to want to stick together so you have to break it up continuously in order to give it a texture or it will just clump. Definitely recommend a non-stick pan. Has a texture very similar to soya flakes, but doesn't have a squeaky feel in the mouth. Would definitely recommend something like shep pie or bolognese! Quite tasteless by itself and reminds me of cardboard, so will rely heavily on the sauce and spices you use but once the sauce has soaked in it does a great job of sponging up and soaking in the flavours. Overall, would definitely buy this again!!!
