This was a special they’d only have once a month because of how long it takes the #fungus to regrow! I only ever had it once but I loved it 😋 It’s very very vinegary so not everyone at the table was a fan 😅 Shame though, the way it was prepared was very unique! I hope I can find it elsewhere some time 🤞

It's a shame our government is taking back their farm for the land and therefore they can't operate their food outlets anymore. 😑
