Review of Brixton Blue - La Fauxmagerie by bradipina

A new entry at Waitrose. I have contrasting emotions about this product. The taste is at first the one of a strong blue cheese (which I like) but the after taste is not so good. It leaves you a soapy kind of flavour in the mouth 🤪 perhaps eaten with something else is better..
