Truffle Popcorn at The Sheridan Room — Iszy's Review (Jun 26, 2022)

What a great starter! This is some elevated bar food. The popcorn is light and not too oily that it'll ruin your appetite. The truffle flavor is strong enough to be detected, but not overpowering. I like the black pepper that is added too. It gives it the slightest burn and kick that compliments the earthiness.
