So very impressed by the texture and look of this vegan omelette! Tasted like toufu which is perfect for a tofu-lover like me. Also really enjoyed the spinach and oyster mushrooms which were wrapped in the omelette. Potatoes were crispy on the outside. All in all a very solid dish. Totally recommend checking out this café! They have a few vegan options.

Ingredients: plant-based eggs, spinach, oyster mushrooms, avocado, house potatoes
