Not a fan. Gave it two chances. Didn’t buy it again. Tasted a bit too sweet for sour cream. Maybe this would be good for those that like the sour cream based frosting???

Sour cream is tough. We use coconut yogurt and lemon squeeze. My mom does a better job by further fermenting almond yogurt!
