Review of Mushroom Udon at Tracy Juice Culture by plantbasedlifestyle

Its been years since I last gotten their nushroom udon. Prices have spiked so much over the 10yrs! It started out as $5.90 and its now $9.90. I got this without the udon as the richness and umami of the soup makes bread a better pairing (just my opinion!). Fortunately, despite spike in prices, the quality remains the same over the years! The soup is bascially made of blended shiitake mushrooms with tomatoes and parsley and can be filling if you are looking for a comforting light lunch!
