Vegan Katsu Curry at Shinmachi — jenl's Review (Jun 24, 2022)

Simple but comforting dish - eggplant katsu served with rice and Japanese curry. The eggplant was tender on the inside with a crispy Panko crumb coating and the curry just had a mild, savoury flavour.
