Vegan Roasted Pork Burger at 108 Paradise Cafe — jenl's Review (Jun 24, 2022)

A burger filled with vegan pork and coleslaw. The mock meat seems to be seitan and was heavily marinated in turmeric, which was a bit overpowering. Comes with your choice of regular or sweet potato chips. I opted for the potato chips - they were thick and well seasoned. Crunchy with a slight batter on the outside and soft, potatoey goodness on the inside. The side of chipotle mayo was great.
