Vegan Bravocado Toast

Snooze an A.M. Eatery

Snooze has a "Plant Powered" section of the menu, but it isn't vegan... You'll need to heavily modify things in that section such as this Bravocado Toast. You'll need to take out the egg, cheese that comes on the salad, and honey that's in the red onion jam. Unfortunately, taking all these ingredients out doesn't decrease the price. The roasted tomatoes with the avocado were really yummy, it's just too bad it was pretty bland other than that.
