Vegan Salmon Bagel at Shift Eatery — AL.'s Review (Jun 17, 2022)

this was better than i expected. didn't think it was gonna be all that, just a regular bagel, but actually really enjoyed it. they did a good job with the tomatoe lox that's supposed to be the "salmon," had a great flavour and texture. can't wait to come back and try more!
