Judging by our Crew Member survey, Trader Joe’s Japanese Style Fried Rice has probably been recommended to a good number of you. Hopefully, that same number of you has tried it, because there’s nothing that compares. It’s our take on takikomi gohan, a traditional Japanese style of rice flavored with soy sauce and mirin. Our version contains edamame, pieces of lightly fried tofu, and thin strips of hijiki seaweed.
