Might have liked it more with a vanilla sponge, but it worked fairly well with chocolate. The pineapple's only on the top layer.
Perfect frosting. Tastes good but they have better options. And it's nice to know there won't be any mishaps, Carrots being a vegan cloud kichen.

Looks great! 😍 I’ve never had pineapple cake (in my case pineapple upside down cake) with anything other than vanilla sponge, so it would be interesting to try! 🍍
