“Brûlé” green asparagus, carrot, marinated cauliflower, grilled tofu. Cream cheese “fromage Jean-Jacque” by la crèmerie Jay & Joy. The taste of the asparagus and of the cream was very good, but the overall taste it was a bit disappointing.
