Review of Simulate Chicken Original Nuggs - Simulate® by unejanie

crap! I wrote a long review and it disappeared. Since I had two types of lettuce in my farm box, I decided to make a big salad and do a taste test of two products I bought this week. for dressing, i used a recipe from @maryanarch (with maple syrup 😋). If you have ever had fast food chicken nuggets, you would not be able to tell the difference with this. They nailed the 'chicken parts' taste and texture. you know the way fast food can be both disgusting and delicious at the same time? This is made from vital wheat gluten, so not gluten free. Packaging is one recyclable plastic bag inside the paper carton.  It's a bit $$$ without the sale/coupon combo but it's a higher quality product than most. #veganchicken
