Violife vegan cheese shreds are a great addition to any casserole, salad, in tacos, you name it! The mozzarella is great with Italian dishes, as a topper for lasagna, on baked ziti, on any pasta or meatball sub. I love the cheddar in Mexican dishes esp tacos and burritos. The shreds melt beautifully and add flavor to any dish.
