Review of Spagetti Squash and Beetballs at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar by sofihuasteca

*First thing to note, this dish is not vegan as is, you must ask for modifications!
I asked them to remove the pesto and cheese and voila, it was delicious! Spaghetti squash with zucchini ribbons, pumpkin seeds and these delicious and hearty beet meatballs. I am not sure what else is in them but they have this great texture that makes me think there is cooked chopped nuts in there as well.
