Impossible Pork Aglio Olio at Da Paolo Gastronomia - Raffles City — shawneofthedead's Review (May 17, 2022)

So glad some restaurants here are still experimenting with Impossible Pork - feels like it made a big splash on its launch then disappeared. This dish is simple but comforting. The pork here has more of a sausagey flavour profile, which is nicely balanced by the pasta (I chose penne), mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
