These were really great and held a lot of flavor! They're actually kind of spicy which I wasn't expecting! You can see the peppers within the shreds which freaked me out at first because it looked a bit like mold. That means as this get older, you'll need to inspect it more carefully than other shred styles. They melted nicely in dirty rice that was used for stuffed peppers.
