Grandi, croccanti fuori e ricchi di verdure cremose all'interno.
In generale abbiamo mangiato molto bene in questo ristorante, gl'ingredienti sono di ottima qualità e cucinati bene. Forse il tutto mancava un po' di sale, ma il ristorante è definito "macrobiotico", quindi forse ci sta l'uso ponderato del sale. Peccato solo che nonostante si definiscano appunto "macrobiotico, vegano e vegetariano", di piatti vegani ce n'erano solo 5 (tra cui un'insalata di sole verdure) e invece c'erano ben 10 piatti con pesce. Davvero un peccato, perché visto che sanno cucinare bene potrebbero proporre tanti altri piatti gustosi... quindi "poke"! 😚

Big, crunchy on the outside and full of creamy vegetables on the inside. In general we ate very well in this restaurant, the ingredients are of excellent quality and cooked well. Perhaps the whole was lacking a little salt, but the restaurant is defined as "macrobiotic", so perhaps there is the thoughtful use of salt. It's just a pity that despite the fact that they define themselves as "macrobiotic, vegan and vegetarian", there were only 5 vegan dishes (including a vegetable salad only) and instead there were 10 dishes with fish. Really a shame, because since they know how to cook well they could offer many other tasty dishes ... so "poke" ! 😚
