Only one tablespoon give you more than one gram of salt !!!! 47%of my daily need !!!! The sauce was actually of interesting taste once diluted in a ton of vegetables 🥦!!!

This sort of stuff should be used in stir fried veggies maybe mixed with other things so yeah you should not just scoop it to eat (or even put a blob on a plate as dipping sauce)
