The Paleta Bar is not a vegan establishment but they do offer non-dairy (fruit base) popsicles.

This is a strawberry kiwi popsicle and it was delicious, sweet, and refreshing especially during a hot day in Texas 🥵

The staff was very friendly and willing to guide me with the vegan options and answered all my questions.
