I think this is the closest thing to real dairy butter that I can find as far as flavor and texture goes. It doesn't make my popcorn soggy and spreads fairly easily if in a butter dish on the counter. No gluten, no MSG, non-GMO, non-dairy, non-hydrogenated, and vegan. It's awesome for baking! Has a vegetable oil blend of palm, canola, soybean, flax, and olive oils, so please be aware for allergy and other issues. But overall, it's an amazing product.
