I love this butter for baking, it stays colder longer than other vegan butters. This
is needed when making pie dough or croissants. I also freeze it before adding it to my dough to keep it colder longer. Very good buttery taste.

Earth Balance Buttery Sticks are my go to baking butter. It works just like dairy
butter. It works especially well when making frosting as it doesn’t liquefy at room temperature. I also love that these have a neutral butter flavor not a coconut flavor like some others I have tried. I do wish they were not make with palm oil though as I have environmental concerns regarding this

I think this is the closest thing to real dairy butter that I can find
as far as flavor and texture goes. It doesn't make my popcorn soggy and spreads fairly easily if in a butter dish on the counter. No gluten, no MSG, non-GMO, non-dairy, non-hydrogenated, and vegan. It's awesome for baking! Has a vegetable oil blend of palm, canola, soybean, flax, and olive oils, so please be aware for allergy and other issues. But overall, it's an amazing product.

A delicious vegetable butter. Great for toast and cooking. I made caramelizes carrots with it
yesterday (sorry forgot to take a photo!) and it was absolutely divine. The price is a bit up there, but the package comes with 4 sticks.
