Review of Chicken and Waffles at Herbie Butcher's Fried Chicken by iszy

This is a limited item on the menu. It's cool seeing them expand into brunch a bit! The chicken as always was great. I wish the waffle was a bit crispier/firmer. I'm not the biggest fan of soft waffles, especially when it has to hold a lot of toppings. I really liked the maple butter. I thought the whole dish had a nice balance of sweet and salty.
