Happiness in a cone! Mr. Whippy’s or 99’s aren’t just your regular vanilla soft serve - there is a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ about them that truly sets them apart from the crowd. Usually served with a flake, this one came with a chocolate finger which was a nice stand-in! Delicious!
