PFC Vegan Drumsticks at U-TONG Thai Vegan Restaurant — K's Review (Apr 16, 2022)

These legendary drumsticks are one of my bf and I’s all-time favourite things from U Tong. They’re pieces of tofu skin wrapped around a paddle pop stick “bone”, then battered and deep fried. The result is a super crispy spiced coating, with tender juicy “meat” on the inside. Insanely good!

2 drumsticks for $8.50 doesn’t seem like great value, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the size of these. The drumsticks at the moment are MONSTROUS 👏🏼

These are one of the must-try things from U Tong.
