Review of Peanut tempeh sandwich at Lilac Oak by xinru-t

Marinated tempeh patty, housemade peanut sauce, wilted baby spinach, juicy tomato, and lettuce tucked between slices of nine grain toast. This was surprisingly tasty with the peanut sauce offering a nice sweet and savoury touch. The combination of ingredients ensured that the sandwich was not too thick/dry. Would recommend this, especially since this is the only place I know of that sells tempeh sandwich! ($8.90)
