The Blue Butterfly

The Blue Butterfly is a limited edition vegan flavor from my favorite ice cream place ever, Cookman Creamery! It is made with blue butterfly pea flowers which give it this beautiful periwinkle hue. To me this flavor tastes like a combination of Lotus Biscoff cookies and honeysuckle flowers. However, my friends all liken its flavor to something different, so you’ll just have to try for yourself!
