My favorite extra firm tofu ever!!! The texture/ density is perfect and this tofu barely needs to be pressed. I used it to make pan fried agave chili glazed tofu with caramelized onions with rosemary and purple sage from my garden 👩🍳🌱✨

I can’t get enough of these! Not all of TJ’s mini mochi flavors are vegan so be sure to triple check the ingredients. You can’t go wrong with the mango though — so yummy! ✨🥭😋
