Review of Ailes de Poulet Shiitake at Bowhead Pub by colphax

This is by far my favorite dish at this pub. The shiitake meat is flavorful and slathered in an oh-so spicy sauce. I also love the side of crudités to add some ✨health✨ to the fried dish.
