Review of Hot Chicken Cordon Bleu at The Herbivorous Butcher by iszy

One of my favorite meals as a kid was those frozen cordon bleus, so when I saw that HB was selling a vegan version I had to try it! It met all my expectations! The vegan ham and the cheese in the middle was exactly what I was looking for! The vegan chicken had a great breading and I love the added lemon sauce! My leftovers reheated wonderfully in my toaster oven the next day. It's sad that this ready-to-eat dish probably won't be back for a while (April 17th is the last day to get it), but the real purpose of these dishes is to showcase what can be done with HB products. I'd like to try to make this one day!
