Fantastic! I adore glass noodles, so couldn’t resist ordering this. The broth was clear and flavoured beautifully (with beech mushroom and soya bean), the tofu was the perfect texture, there was a really nice selection of veg, and the crunchy bits on top (onion?) were another welcome texture.
