Very yummy dish, the tofu was really good and umami, wish it was bigger tho

or more, the noodles were rlly nice too, thick and slimy. The crunchy cabbage thing was cool and unique.

Fantastic! I adore glass noodles, so couldn’t resist ordering this. The broth was clear and

flavoured beautifully (with beech mushroom and soya bean), the tofu was the perfect texture, there was a really nice selection of veg, and the crunchy bits on top (onion?) were another welcome texture. This was right up my street, and the presentation was gorgeous #supportlocal #supportlocalbusiness #tofu #noodles
